Who we are and how to reach us — including, honestly, where you cannot yet.
There is no support inbox yet. Rather than publish an address nobody reads, we would rather tell you plainly: messages sent to any address you find elsewhere claiming to be us will not reach anyone.
What to do in the meantime
For anything about a market — a resolution that looks wrong, a batch of voids, the feed appearing stuck — the status page carries the same information we would look at, and carries it live. It publishes every recent resolution with the observed count and feed uptime it was decided on.
For anything about how the game works, the Help Center and the docs cover the rules and the arithmetic in full. Support lists what is currently broken and what we cannot fix.
Press and partnerships
Same answer, and the same reason: there is no inbox to route these to yet. This section exists so it is obvious the omission is deliberate rather than an oversight.
